More Writing Tips

Learn from your mistakes. Before you proofread, look over papers you have written in the past and look at all editing and proofreading marks. See what you made mistakes on.

Most importantly, try to give yourself a break between the time you have finished writing the paper and the time you are proofreading it. This will give your mind a break and will give you time to think straight about editing errors instead of the paper’s content.

Have someone else read your paper. What you think sounds good and what someone else thinks sounds good, may be completely different. Ask them how your paper flows, how the sentence structure looks, if there are any misspelled words or words that are out of place, etc.

After you proofread your paper, check out all the other paper writing tools MonsterPapers has to offer. Find help in writing essays, writing outlines, book reports, persuasive papers, etc. Sign up now with MonsterPapers.com to get all the writing help you need to succeed in school.
